William is based in Shanghai and is currently Senior Investment Manager of Projects (Invetment and Administration Department) of China Jin Mao Group Co Ltd. He is responsible for strategy planning, and Asset Admin. for the Group Tourism Business which involve plan, assess, organise, excute investment projects. He has experience on EPM and PMO and is proficient in use of tool, to innovate balance-score matrix of investing projects, to analyze enterprise strategy administration and to plan for investing projects assessment. He has 10 years of operation experience.

William graduates from Southern Metallurgy Institute in 1993 and he is an active member in the PM interest group in China.
