He is currently as the capacity of Procurement Manager of DHL Express (HK) Ltd., performing strategic sourcing of business partners when working on various outsources logistics projects across entities. He has over 6 years experience in purchasing field and engaged in various contract discussion and price negotiation. He has managed various entities & commodities related in purchasing activities and a lot of cross-functional and cross-country projects.

Simon specialises in Purchasing & Supply Management; Information Technology application in purchasing & logistics; Business Process Reengineering; Global Supply Chain & logistics. He is currently with DHL and has worked for Unilever, Cathay Pacific Airways before. Simon has knowledge in applications of various Information Technology like ERP, RFID, being heavily involved in the development of technology joint research.

Simon has a Master in International Shipping & Transport Logistics with Hong Kong Polytechnic University in year 2004 (Graduate with Distinctions); a Post Graduate Dip. in e-supply chain & logistics leadership in year 2002; a BSc (Hons) Industrial Engineering with University of Hong Kong (First Class Honour) in year 1999.
