Having a First Class Master’s Degree in Physics (Electronics specialization), supported by a First Class Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications and also a Professional Diploma in E-Commerce.  

Working experience of over 15 years in different areas of IT, including Software development, Consulting and Project Management.  

For more than 6 years worked in Project Management area for various companies handling different types of projects, and has achieved PMP Certification. PMI  member and also member of All India Management Association.

He has also achieved BCCP Certification (Business Continuity Certified Planner) and is formally trained at DRI Asia in the area of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery.

Worked for big companies in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sector, managing various projects including – Application development, ERP implementation, Data Warehousing, Retail Automation, Staging & Deployment, Disaster Recovery.

Experience of working for top companies managing projects, include Fujitsu Quantum Device, Lucent Technologies, Temic Automotive, Shell Petroleum, ExxonMobil in Singapore and Reliance Petroleum & Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. in India. 

Shashank is proficient in all aspects of project management & preparing all project documents, conducting Risk Assessment & BIA sessions, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Planning. Have been playing a key role in organizing many in-house and external trainings in the areas of Project Management, Risk Assessment, Time Management, MS Projects.
