Emerald comes with more than 15 years of operations and management experience with Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector and High-Tech companies in Taiwan. She has worked in IT/CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing), Operations, Program Management, and Strategic Planning functions. She has successfully managed the Phoenix regional factory closure project that achieved pre-defined IT infrastructure cost saving target. Emerald also involved in business process re-engineering and ERP implementation projects in Taiwan.

While working for Motorola SPS, Emerald won the 1993 SPS Software Innovator award. She was also the leader of MAAB (Motorola Asian/Asian-American Board) driving the sector-wide diversity initiative with the focus on leveraging Asian diversity to achieve business and organizational goals.

Emerald received her BS in Liberal Art from National Taiwan University, Master of CIS and MBA from Arizona State University. She is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI), a Certified Project Management Professional® (PMP), and is proficient in English and Mandarin.
