Mr. Hill is a Principal Consultant and Marketing Director, divides his time between hands on training and building BMC’s presence in various markets around the world. A graduate of Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Bruce brings over 17 years of organizational development consulting and training experience to BMC. 

For 8 years he was Senior Consultant: Organizational Development for the American Management Association’s Japan operation, working across a broad range of organizational development issues.

Working closely with client line management, Mr. Hill lead numerous local, regional and international project teams in executing strategic interventions for clients such as SAP, Coca-Cola, Medtronic, Guidant, Mearsk Shipping, Giorgio Armani, Mitsui Mining & Smelting, MaxMara, Mitsubishi Research Institute, Mitsui Chemicals, Texas Instruments, Nestle, Fidelity Investments, BMW and Fuji Xerox.

Since returning to Vancouver and joining BMC, Bruce has taken on a number of project consulting positions primarily in urban and residential re-development projects.

Have resided for over 15 years in Tokyo Japan, and working throughout the region, Bruce brings insight to many of the issues facing multi-national organizations operating in the region.
