Ms. Wong Suet Fong is a Principal Consultant at Business Management Consultants. With 15 years of IT and ERP services delivery and consultation experience with IBM Singapore, she has extensive exposure to various aspects of project management.

Ms. Suet Fong has successfully managed and led project teams in the implementation of end-user computing, workgroup and ERP solutions for various government ministries and private sector organisations. At IBM, she has managed regional projects involving migration of mainframe applications to LAN-based applications. She has provided consultation services on SAP implementation to clients in the ASEAN region. These include Ministry of Finance, Port of Singapore Authority, National Productivity Board, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Post Office Savings Bank, Development Bank of Singapore, United Overseas Bank, National University of Singapore, Singapore Airlines, Post Office Savings Bank, Development Bank of Singapore, ABACUS, Shell Petroleum, MOBIL and ASTRA MOBIL Indonesia.

Over the last five years, Ms. Suet Fong has been engaged by IBM to train the ASEAN IBM Global Services teams in applying project management skills in a services environment. Ms. Suet Fong was engaged by the Civil Service College to help public sector services personnel in meeting the challenges of Excellent Customer Service, Creative Problem Solving, Personal and Group Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement.

Ms. Suet Fong graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons), and is proficient in English and Malay.
