Prof. Ibrahim Alhammad is the Managing Director of BMC’s Middle East Division and Director of the Arab/Persian Gulf Region.  He is a Professor of Project Management and Construction Engineering at the College of Engineering in King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  Prof. Alhammad has extensive experience in the IT sector and construction industry in Saudi Arabia for the last 15 years as he was seconded to Dar AlRiyadh Consultants as construction supervision manager in charge of 21 ongoing building projects (more than one Billion Dollars worth of Projects) as well as marketing PM and CM services.  He has organized and delivered tens of workshops in the fields of project management, engineering contracts, construction scheduling, and cost estimation of engineering projects.  He served as a consultant and/or a trainer at: Boeing Offset Co, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Air Force, Saudi Standardization Organization, Auditing Bureau, Saudi Food and Drugs Agency, Saudi Building Code, Al Olyan Group, Al Mutlaq Group.  He currently acts as a consultant for real estate development company in Saudi Arabia covering all development cycle phases,  incorporating the project company, conducting feasibility study, marketing, design development, tenants mix design, construction supervision, leasing, operating and maintaining the facility.
