an effective communication model for the team

effective communication skills which keep all team
members fully informed and encourage feedback from
all levels.

Your Team’s Vision and Mission
Participants will work with their organization’s
existing Vision and Mission Statement, or develop new
ones, and learn how it can then be applied to improve
performance.
Motivate
- Motivate
a team through an appropriate reward structure
- Motivate
the project team by empowering, where appropriate
and recognizing the individual talents of each team
member.
- Encourage
team participation and involvement.
Participation: Brainstorming

Participants will discuss and analyze their existing
reward structure, comparing and contrasting with effective

Problem-Solving Situation
Given a problem to solve, you will work in groups to
experience the effects of differing management and
problem-solving styles on team performance, communications
and productivity.
