  • Develop project goals
  • Project organizations and linear responsibility chart (LRC)
  • Scheduling – GANTT, PERT, and CPM

WORKSHOP: Structuring and Organizing a Project Team
Valuate the strengths and weakness of your approach in organizing, structuring and developing performance baselines for your projects.

Day 2

Implementing and Controlling Project Plans

  • Resource planning and control baseline
  • Budgeting, the project baseline and control
  • The project execution plan
  • Monitor and measure your project’s progress

Project Communication

  • Techniques, strategies and human factors to improve communications
  • Conduct effective project meetings
  • Use project agendas, action items and minutes
  • Design control and management reports

Problem-Solving Style

  • Choose a team project-solving style
  • The effect of creativity, teamwork and communications on your problem-solving style and project performance
  • Build on your strengths and the strengths of others for enhanced project success
