Dr. Sergii Voronov is an Associate Consultant of Business Management Consultants (BMC) in Kiev, Ukraine.  Dr. Voronov has more than 25 years of experience in project and general management, as well as in teaching and consulting.

Throughout his career, Dr. Voronov was actively involved in planning, organizing and directing of start-up research-based and venture companies. He has initiated and for 14 years served as CEO of Ukrainian-Swiss-American joint venture UICC, one of the most rapidly growing companies in CIS IT industry. Sergii has established partnership relations with Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Apple, DEC, Compaq, Canon. Under his management and supervising dozens of projects for Banking, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, Construction industries and Government sector was successfully designed and realized. The list of clients includes but is not limited to Bank Austria, Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Ukreximbank, DEC, Philip Morris, British American Tobacco, Reebok, Tetra Laval Ukraine, Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Internal Affairs, Supreme Court of Ukraine.

Since early 2000 Dr.Voronov has spent a lot of time in teaching and business consulting. He currently acts as a coach, consultant and trainer for major local and multinational companies operating in Ukraine. Sergii has helped to establish best practices in strategy development and implementation, program and project management, organization development for the participant’s companies at his corporate trainings and open seminars. He has attended numerous local and international conferences and presented his papers and speeches.

Dr.Voronov is an Associate Professor at MIM-Kyiv, the first and one of the top business schools in Ukraine and CIS. He teaches Project Management, Mathematical Methods for Business, Financial Analysis and Securities Trading for MBA students. He also served as Director of consulting projects accomplished by MBA students on request of domestic and foreign companies. Sergii has designed and directed Program for Management Potential Development – a corporate project of young managers’ selection and adaptation. Since 2004 more than 100 young talented managers had successfully completed the Program and took up positions in leading Ukrainian and multinational companies.

Sergii received his MS and Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kyiv National University, MS in Economics and MBA from MIM-Kyiv Business School. He is author of more than 20 scientific and business publications, co-author and editor of book “How to Conclude International Trade Contracts”.
