Amy Karimipour is an Associate Consultant with Business Management Consultants based in Tallahassee, FL, USA.  Over her 15 year professional career, she has served in senior leadership positions in both the public and private sector and has led many project teams in workforce development and change initiatives. 

Ms. Karimipour has a keen sense of what is needed to connect people and get things done. She has held positions as Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources for the State of Florida Department of Children and Families, leading and managing organizational development and human resource projects.  She has designed and implemented leadership and compensation programs to address professional growth, career path and retention needs of the organization.

Prior to her state experience, she has served as Marketing Director, Manager, and Management Consultant for a variety of organizations. She has assisted clients in improving performance by identifying barriers and creating interventions to identify customer requirements, redesigning processes to deliver customer focused services, and redesigning jobs to support new processes. She is an energetic facilitator and trainer.

Ms. Karimipour received her Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and Bachelors Degree in Communications from Florida State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a CAPT Qualified Administrator of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
