Joanne Greene-Blose is an Associate Consultant with Business Management Consultants and is based inRochester, NY. She has 25 years of project experience in a variety of applications ranging from databases, telephony, printer technology, and embedded systems.

She is a strong believer in quality and has coached project managers to employ the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) to their project processes. She has held engineering and management positions at Computer Task Group, Moscom, and Eastman Kodak Co. and most recently as President of The Project Solvers of America, Inc.(PSA) which she formed in 2004. She has consulted with small, high-tech companies on their project processes and in their implementation of MS Project. She also helps groups, ranging from sport to employee teams, with team-building. She is a lecturer on the topics of team-building, conquering fears and attaining goals, and time management.

Ms. Greene-Blose has a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance. She is a member of the Rochester Chapter of Project Management Institute and has been a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) since the year 2000. Joanne has also earned a Black Belt certification from the International Institute of Learning on MS Project 2003 Server. She is currently the VP of Corporate Relations with her PMI chapter, is a member of the Microsoft Project Users Group, several local Chambers of Commerce, and is an officer at two Toastmasters clubs.
