Project Risk Management (2 days)
Risk – it is inherent in all projects and ignoring risk does not make it go away.
How much time is wasted on your projects “putting out fires” and responding to “unexpected” events? How do you explain to your clients and stakeholders that scope, budget or schedule - or all of them- have been compromised because no one “saw it coming?” While it is impossible to eliminate all risk from a project, it is possible to reduce the number of risk events and manage the impact of those events. In this course, participants will learn how to identify, assess, control and minimize the impact of risk on your projects, increasing project predictability and reducing uncertainty.
