They optimize their valuable resources on the work that best meets the overall strategic direction of the organization and its business bjectives.

This Presentation addresses the great values Senior Executives can contribute in managing the Project and Program Portfolio where every piece of work are aligned to and add values to the overall achievement of their organisational vision. This session shares the way different industries balance the portfolio of work, the kind of criteria, which when linked to strategic goals, are used to prioritize and select appropriate projects that add value.

The presentation also looks at the benefits Senior Executives can create when they optimize the resources they have through the use of capacity planning and management, and how this can produce a multiplier effect. The speaker uses his experiences with working with clients in various industries all over the world in demonstrating "the importance of strategically aligning and selecting projects in optimizing performance".

Mr. Eve specializes in the design and implementation of project/program management systems with a particular strength in the people development areas of this discipline as well as management of complex change programs. His professional career of more than twenty five years' within the Aerospace, Cargo, Engineering, Facility Management, Manufacturing and Transportation industries includes 15 years with three major blue chip companies, British Airways, BAE SYSTEMS, and Airbus where he has led a variety of multi disciplinary teams in project and change management initiatives. One of his more notable activities includes the harmonization, integration and development of the Airbus Project Management System following the merging of the company into a single organization.
