Mr. Panin is responsible for BMC’s operations in the CIS countries. He has gained extensive experience working for the leading Russian IT/IS service provider – CROC. As manager and development director of business consulting in IT/IS Mr. Panin has managed the implementation of complex geographically-distributed programs for large Russian and Kazakh companies.  These projects involved successful IT-strategy development and implementation, IT-audit implementation and business-process reengineering. 

 

Clients that have been served include Integra (full range of oilfield services company), Evroset (the biggest in East Europe retail company), Rosneft (the leader of Russian petroleum industry), VTB24 (a bank), Sberbank of Russia, RusNano (a Russian state company of Nanotechnologies development), Kazakhmys (a world's leading natural resources group), Sukhoi and a number of state institutions and ministries.  Mr. Panin has also realized for these companies. 

 

Mr. Panin is a graduate of Technologic University of Radio Electronics of Kharkov.
