Dr. Zborscil is Director of Germany in Business Management Consultants' (BMC) European Division.
With more than 20 years of management experience with Siemens, he is qualified in many aspects of business management.
Dr. Zborschil has been an in-house strategy consultant for Siemens and was involved in the planning and implementation of strategic projects on behalf of the management board, which served to improve the competitive position of various strategic business units. As a marketing manager for Siemens he was responsible for the development of marketing plans in close cooperation with sales units, the planning and implementation of market research projects as well as the planning and implementation of communication activities.
As a managing consultant for Siemens Global Marketing Services he is responsible for the acquisition, planning, controlling and project management of complex sales, marketing consulting and market research projects, especially in the electronics, telecommunications, industrial projects, building technology and industrial services industries. Furthermore, he develops marketing strategies and market introduction plans for Siemens business units and implements sales growth, sales process optimisation and change management programmes.
He is an international management trainer for Siemens and other international companies in the areas of “Sales Management”, “Service Marketing Management”, “Strategic Marketing Management”, “B2B Marketing Management” and “Project Management”.
Ingo holds an MBA degree from Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, Germany as well as from Kansas State University in Manhattan (USA). He received his Ph. D. in Marketing from Giessen University.
Ingo is a visiting professor to several German and international business schools, i. e. he is on the faculty of the Executive MBA programmes of the University of Antwerp Management School (UAMS) and the Institute for Business Studies (IBS) in Moscow. In addition, he is lecturer and expert for trainings and congresses for various German management training institutions in the fields of sales, customer relationship and project management. He is a member of the American Management Association.
