Ms Doris Ong is a Principle Consultant of Business Management Consultants and a Director in Align2Biz Consulting Private Limited. She has extensive experience in Development and Transformation Consultancy with special focus in building a High Performance Team within a Learning Organisation. Over the last 8 years she has supported the Global Sales & Marketing Transformation Initiatives in IBM and delivered more than 150 workshops across Asia Pacific (including China, Taiwan and Hong Kong) as a Sales & Marketing Coach-Facilitator and Training Partner. In her consultancy engagements in IBM, she also delivered a series of Leadership programs, especially for Leaders and Managers in their efforts to Lead Winning Sales Teams.

She has also conducted workshops for IBM Business Partners/Channels, Draeger Safety, Draeger Medical, Ministry of Defence, GE Life, Antarius, Philips and FedEx.

Prior to her current roles, she had over 10 years of working experience with large multinationals (like IBM) and local customers, she has successfully led multi-functional teams to manage numerous Global Business Process Reengineering projects and implemented many Complex Business Information System Solutions in IBM, Monetary Authority of Singapore, Network Electronic Transactions, Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, DBSBank-POSBank, Stock Exchange and ISP.

Ms Doris was in IBM Global Services as a Learning Services Consultant under the Performance and Competency Management Practice. With her extensive exposure in full-cycle of the Learning Process, she worked very closely with organisations in re-defining Human Performance Development and bringing the best of the people to work effectively in their projects. She is also involved in other Professional Development and Training Modules, such as Consultative Team Selling Process, Strategic Planning, Sales and Marketing Planning and Account Planning, 7-Habits of Highly Effective People, communication, presentation, negotiation, leadership-Coaching, Profiling and Project Management Programs.

Prior to joining IBM Global Services, she has over 10 years of Sales, Marketing and Strategic Planning experiences in IBM Finance and Banking Industry.

Doris holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Science (Second Upper Honours) from the National University of Singapore, specialising in Economics, Mathematics and Computer Programming and Application.
