Mr. Alex Hyukchun Kwon is a Regional Managing Director of Korea in Business Management Consultants (BMC) Asia Pacific Division. He has over 25 years experience managing projects in the variety business area, from sales and marketing projects, manufacturing and construction project for heavy industries and plants, to accounting and financial reporting by performing the business process reengineering projects for the ERP implementation.

Through his 10 years at Samsung Shipbuilding Ltd. in Korea, he was actively involved in planning, organizing, executing, monitoring and controlling the production of steel making facilities, construction of the power plant, high-rise building, and bridge erection projects. He worked with Japanese big trading company for 6 years involving sales and marketing activities for the steel making plants and heavy machinery industries.

Prior to BMC, through his extensive project management career with engineering and business development, he worked successful ERP implementation projects as process management consultant, for BPR and financial reporting system.

Mr. Alex H. Kwon is a Certified Public Accountant of America, a member of the Project Management Institution, PMI®, and is a Certified Project Management Professional, PMP®. He received his BE of metallurgical engineering from Yonsei University in Korea, and his MSPM (Master of Science Project Management) from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
