He is a Principal Consultant at Business Management Consultants where he is also the Marketing Manager in Hong Kong. With more than 11 years of experience with financial institutions and Multi-National Companies (MNC) e.g. AXA China Region Limited, DHL (HK) Limited, Unilever and Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, he is uniquely qualified in all aspects of business management and project management experience.

He had successful line and project management experience with a variety of industries. In the capacity of financial institute, he act as regional procurement capacity in supporting various IT and business project initiatives across 8 countries in Asia Pacific.  At DHL, he leads many cross-functional virtual teams across all business units in Deutsche Post World Net (DPWN) in the country procurement departments.  He has managed to formulate teams with conflicting objectives like procurement and operations and successfully completed the tendering with contributions to the company bottom line.  

He has received his B(Eng) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong as First Class Honour, and subsequently obtained the Master Degree in International Shipping and Transport Logistics from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University with Distinctions.  He is proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
