Sarah Nuttall is an Associate Consultant (Americas anDivision) with Business Management Consultants based in Houston, Texas. Ms. Nuttall has over 15 years experience in the management of diverse engineering and construction, government, land development, utility and infrastructure, as well as community projects. She works closely with her clients utilizing her expertise in Engineering, Project Management, Financial and Contract Management, and soft skills to deliver the desired project results.

Ms. Nuttall is committed to Project Management competency development, with an emphasis on the soft skills of Project Management. She focuses on identifying the needs of her clients and designing programs to address them in light of the cultural and environmental factors existing in the organizations. Ms. Nuttall has led a variety of multi disciplinary teams in project and change management and has an open and participative management style that has been effective in inspiring and empowering project teams. She has successfully applied this style together with an emphasis on change leadership and communication in a project framework to both government and industry clients.

Ms. Nuttall graduated with a B.S. (Hons.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan. She has an M.S. in Civil Engineering from RiceUniversity and an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Nuttall is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Women Energy Network (WEN) and a Senior Member of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). She is actively involved in the community and previously served as the Leadership Coach for the Society of Women Engineers, Gulf Coast Region.
