Phil worked for Lloyds TSB in the UK for 25 years as a Bank Manager and also in support functions, mainly HR and training and other specialist functions.
With about 10 years in project management delivering diverse projects such as transport logistics, electronic banking support, new entrant induction and communication skills training.
Phil managed a training team of some 40 trainers covering a portfolio of sales, technical and operational training together with in branch technical training. He was also a trainer for a further 5 years.
As a generalist HR Manager, Phil was responsible for implementing HR policy for approximately 200 staff.
Since becoming an independent consultant, Phil has continued running projects for clients, has delivered PRINCE2 training, and project and program consultancy across Europe.
Phil chairs the Swindon Chapter of the Association for Project Management (APM) and is Treasurer for the Thames Valley Branch of the APM.

• Certified PRINCE2 Trainer and Practitioner
• MSP Practitioner
