Nicos is an Associate Consultant of Business Management Consultants in Europe. He specializes in IT project management consulting and training with emphasis in Project Portfolio Management and Organizational Project Management Maturity.

Formally he has worked in the IT sector in Canada and Greece both in large corporations and with smaller ventures and start-ups. Working as a Project Management & Strategy Consultant he has worked in many international projects in Canada, United States, Ireland, Belgium, Austria and Greece. Working as a Product Manager, Nicos also managed the successful development and launch of an innovative web-based Project & Portfolio Management Software application, which is currently used by several EU based organizations.

As an Adjunct Professor at the Professional MBA program of the Hellenic American University in Athens, Greece, he has tought courses in Project Management, Portfolio Management, Value Chain Management and MIS. He was also involved with PMI’s local chapter in Athens, where as an elected member of the Board of Directors served as the Vice President for Specific Interest Groups.

Nicos holds an MBA from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, a MASc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria, Canada, and a BSc in Physics from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Nicos is also a PMI Certified OPM3 Assessor & Consultant, a PMI certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an IPMA Certified Project Manager Level-D, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
