Muhammad Raheel Altaf Bodla has more than 10 years of management experience with government and industry. As a Production Operations Management Executive and Project Management Expert, Mr. Bodla is uniquely qualified in all aspects of Management. He revitalized the work flow systems and tremendously telescoped the production time by application of Program Evaluation & Review Technique (PERT) and Critical Path Method (CPM). He identified productivity losses and came up with their solution through time and motion studies, regression analysis, learning curve effects and revamped all the production operation systems.

He has led a variety of multidisciplinary teams in Production Operations Management, Project Management, Change Management, Quality Management and development of Operation Systems. He has a natural successful style of management based on performance, empowerment and team development. He has worked closely with people in bringing the best out of them to work effectively in their operations and projects.

He has organized and delivered professional development and training modules on Production Operations Management, Project Management, communication, motivation and leadership skills. He is an energetic facilitator and a sought after trainer. He has authored and co-authored many research papers on management subjects.

Mr. Bodla received his B.E. in Aerospace Engineering from National University of Sciences & Technology. He has completed Masters in Engineering Management, specializing in Production Operations Management from Center for Advanced Studies in Engineering Islamabad. He was also awarded outstanding research and talent award. He is a member of Project Management Institute (PMI®), a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) since 2006 and UK Certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
